Grandma’s Wacky Cake

3 c. flour
½ c. cocoa
½ t. salt
2/3 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 ½ t. baking soda
2 t. vinegar
2 c. water

Mix dry ingredients and then add the rest of ingredients.
Beating as they are added.
Mix 2 more minutes.
Bake at 350 in an ungreased 9 x 13 pan.
